At STICKMUSE, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and on time.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact information.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• We currently ship orders across India.
• Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
• Promotional free-shipping offers, where available, will be subject to the terms of the respective offer.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Clear photographs/videos of the package and product
• Details of the issue

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

6. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's network and circumstances.

If your shipment is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us so that we can assist using the available tracking information.
